Tiny Reader

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Tiny Reader (“the App”) is an offline reading practice app for early readers. This policy explains what information the App handles and what it does not.

Who this is for

The App is designed for young children with a parent or caregiver managing settings. Parent Mode is protected by a local PIN.

Data we collect

Tiny Reader does not create accounts, show ads, or use analytics SDKs. Learning progress, word cards, stories, optional parent voice recordings, and optional custom pictures stay on the device.

Data we do not collect

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for use by children with parent involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for sale or marketing. Content and progress remain on the device unless you choose to back up the device through Apple or Google’s own backup services.

Permissions

You can deny these permissions; core reading practice still works.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Store platforms (Apple / Google) process payments under their own privacy policies.

Retention & deletion

Uninstalling the App removes its local data from that device (subject to any device backups you control). Parent voice clips and pictures you added are deleted with the App data.
